Your records are protected from the moment they come into our custody with transportation in customised Grace vehicles operated by our own staff. All our staff sign confidentiality agreements and staff police checks are carried out for new employees, where legally permitted.

Once stored at one of our locations, your information is protected by the same sophisticated security systems that are utilised by the worlds major banking organisations. Access is controlled by an electronic keypad entry system and staff may only enter areas to which they have the correct authorisation. The system also creates an audit trail of their movements. Every zone can be monitored externally and during non-business hours we use additional internal and external patrols.

Your records are further protected by a random storage methodology utilising barcode identification and recognition.

When it comes to electronic records, a three-tier security system manages access to projects, determines what a user can do within those projects and controls access to individual documents. With 24-hour monitoring you can see all attempts to log into your repository, complete with date, time and action so you know who is logging on, when, where and why.
